Manage Your Money
This class is designed to help people find financial stability using biblical principles. It consists of an eight week series that focuses on the basics of financial literacy including budgeting and managing your money. It is held at several locations with both day and evening classes available.
Course Overview
Participants learn
to organize their financial records, develop a spending plan, set financial goals, reduce debt and develop a savings plan. In addition, participants learn the pitfalls of debt and credit, wise shopping techniques, the basics of banking and how to compare insurance plans and interpret credit reports.
Mentoring
Mentoring has been a key to the success of many individuals and families in the program. Motivated participants may request a personal mentor who helps develop spending plans, assists in stretching the budget and provides support and accountability.

Powerful Parenting
This class is designed for parents of all ages with children of all ages and is taught by well-qualified volunteers. The curriculum was designed specifically for Love INC of Muskegon and each of the seven lessons has a biblical component. These classes are available in several locations with both day and evenings available.
Course Overview
Participants learn the importance of being an effective parent and how to better communicate with their children. They learn how to stop negative behaviors, encourage positive behaviors,set limits, boundaries and expectations. They also learn how to bring out the best in their children.

Bridges to Motherhood
This is a Christ-centered support group designed to help single mothers, 18-30, of infants to toddler-age children who feel alone and trapped by the pressures of motherhood. It is for moms looking for support, friendship, assistance, and who desires to grow as a woman and a mother.
Course Overview
At each support group meeting, practical informtion on parenting and other topics are given and discussed. Friendships are made with other mothers who have common concerns and the confidential environment provides the right venue where moms can share any concerns they may have. Mothers earn "mommy dollars" to shop in the Bridges Boutique for children's items as well as some nice things for themselves. Bridges meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings form 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at First Christian Reformed Church in Muskegon and childcare is provided.

Stress Management
Love INC’s Stress Management class will give you the skills you need to manage stress and other emotions by using Godly principles and various techniques. This class consists of six information packed 1 1/2 hour classes.

Healthy Eating Made Easy
This six hour class stresses information about nutrition, portion control and how eating healthy does not have to break the budget. Classes include some cooking, a grocery store visit to see firsthand where to find the healthiest foods, making sense out of nutrition labels and more. The class is taught by a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition. Sessions include discussion of individual’s health problems and how the diet impacts diseases.
