Your privacy is respected and guaranteed. Love INC does not sell or offer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal information to any individual or organization. All information provided is held in the strictest confidence.

Clients requesting services are asked if we can share their name and information with resources in the community who may be able to help them. This is necessary because we refer clients to resources in churches and the community. We only share pertinent information with the resource. We also ask clients if we can input their information into the Homeless Management Information System, (HMIS). This system is designed to help bring more resources into our community and prevent duplication of services. Services and resources will not be affected if a person does not want their information placed in this database.

At no time will a Love INC staff person or volunteer ever ask for a full Social Security number. We ask only for the last 4 digits and for a birth date to verify identity.

When clients are meeting with mentors in one of our New Directions Ministries, private information is often given. This information is also held in strictest confidence and only information needed to obtain resources is shared with other Love INC staff or volunteers. Clients are given a confidentiality statement upon entering these classes and understand the policies.
